Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel less than 1 day before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price (Non-Refundable Rate cannot be refunded).  We are a small business and any cancellations affect us greatly. If an original reservation was made through a third party (eg. booking.com, expedia) their cancellation policy will apply; all cancellations/modifications will also have to be done through them first.

 
 
Check In/ Check Out procedures
Check-in starts at 3:00pm. You should find an envelope with your name containing the keys to your room with all the necessary information. We leave a guest envelope with name and keys in our entry foyers so that our guests can arrive at their pleasure. We maintain closed circuit surveillance of our foyer and exterior perimeter for security. Checkout is at 11:00am. You must leave the keys in your room upon departure. Lost or not returned keys will result in $75 replacement fee. Availability of early check in or late checkout depends on housekeeping, however, we can certainly store your luggage. 
 
Parking
We have a private parking lot available (weather permitting) at the Gower Guest House and Cabot Boutique Hotel. Street parking is available at the Abba Inn, please request a parking permit from your innkeeper upon arrival. Please pay close attention to any signs about snow clearing or street clearing and park appropriately to avoid getting a ticket. We are not responsible for your parking tickets. During the winter season parking may be very limited and not guaranteed as we rely on independent snow removal services and are low standing on priority listings.  
Hosting service

Elevators

We do not have elevators. 

 

Guests Access

Guests have access to a full size fridge and microwave.
