This is a property for the budget conscious in the center of downtown housing.
We have no elevator. We make no pretense of being a discounted Four Seasons Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with black out drapes on a quiet street. Each has a sitting chair, mini-tub/ shower, and WI-Fi.
Free parking both directly in front of the house and a large public lot behind the house. Larger vehicles are disruptive to neighbors parking so we respectfully request that you do not book here.
Breakfast is on your own. We provide shared guest access to a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as cutlery, cups, and plates and sometimes leave coffee and tea supplies.
Just behind, on Military Road, is the Hungry Heart Café which has professional cooks who can cater to every dietary restriction or below, on Duckworth Street, Newfoundland's foremost breakfast house “The Bagel Cafe”
What we offer is location, kitchen access and quality bedding. Only registered guests are permitted on the property and we enforce strict occupancy limits. The property is monitored by closed circuit TV and caretakers are nearby.
