We have been in the accommodation industry since the mid 80's. We are the oldest established operator in the entire Province.

 

Times have changed dramatically. We were the first house to provide all ensuite washrooms.

 

We are within a fifteen minute walking radius of all downtown hotels, restaurants, Convention Center, and George Street. On Military Road (no hills) we have: The Colonial Building; Commissariat House; Government House; St. Thomas's Church (the oldest Protestant Church in North America); Presentation Convent (housing the veiled Madonna); The Basilica of St. John the Baptist; The Rooms Complex (Provincial museum, archives, art gallery) and, a large supermarket / drug store / liquor store just behind. St. John's harbour and the access route to Signal Hill and the East Coast Trail are maybe 15 minutes away.
